'Measures' by feat.

As if to circumcise the certain size
maintain the length as the crow flies
Absurdly and verbally disguise the vice like Pi's last digit
Intensely immense present tense or is it
post-poned and rigid lyrically immeasurable infinite
What's in it? Beyond rhetorical rhetoric
pleasurably measured by Imperial or Metric
Systems designated for Mass, Volume, Distance
Leisurely insistent
Lacking substance.
Well it isn't subversive verses
writing cursive curses
it's describing what's inscribed
personally to certain persons
when a situation worsens
get set yet beyond belief
with every Tertiary verse I carry query for relief
and try to see if
this prose flows in the lows to vibrate your clothes
subsonic pentatonic blaring through a megaphone
at such a great rate of KiloHertz and still it works
Incredible and memorable until a certain decibel
Or should I say a certain Decimal

Exa to the Peta to the Tera to the What?
to the Giga to the Mega to the Kilo to the What?
to the milli to the micro to the nano to the What?
to the peco to the femto to the atto

Must this be thus missed and spit in incessant quotation
and syllabically submerged with written message innovation
from a disclosed location
As a varicose vein claimed
so grows the phrase and rose raised ingrained to the proper occasion
Sustained Substance
Substantial Sustenance
so sadly sorting sentence structure sections spoils the significance of
sibilance
since symbolists seek safety subtly some say several sonnet stanzas
stuttering
so start something with an abundance of ample amplitude
initiated with the example of a trampled sample dude
cannibalizing as a culture vulture like Andy Warhol's Campbell Soup;
Mammal
food
Dude you're screwed if you think your style is larger than life
and it's true there aren't enough hours of day light at night
to assess the rate of evidence measurements
present in profound remembrance
the relevance is lost through the idiom
the speaker is the middleman to the medium
Save your criticizing of competing if you're beating him
'cause a critic's just a cynic that ain't with it to be a comedian
and treasure your lies
till someone measures your size
or you better just measure your own size.

Lots of controversy. People in favour. People who think that it is redundant. Those who think it is a genuine "good" thing. Those who see it as a political ploy.
MOST IMPORTANT - What do you think???

MUSIC NEWS:

1. MARTINA MCBRIDE HELPS YWCA NASHVILLE: Jason Michael Carroll, Kevin Sharp, Kyle Wyley, Chris Young, Martina and other artists banded together at an auction to help raise over one hundred thousand dollars for the charity.

2. ABOVE AND BEYOND/ULTRA RECORDS HELP FIGHT GLOBAL WARMING WITH NEW ALBUM AND TOUR: For every flight the superstar trance trio take on their upcoming tour, the equivelent dollar amount will be donated to http://www.carbonfund.org

3. VOICES AGAINST POVERTY CONCERT AT THIS YEARS G8 SUMMIT: Bono, Bob Geldof, Youssou N'Dour and a host of international musicians came together in Rostock, Germany to urge the world's leaders to increase assistance to Africa.

4. PRINCE GIVES AWAY NEW ALBUM WITH SUNDAY NEWSPAPER: The Daily Mail (U.K.) gave away 'Planet Earth' (by the artist formerly known as) with it's Sunday Paper this past month. This was the first place fans could get their hands on the new cd and retailers have been very critical.

5. DRM FREE MUSIC COMES AT A PRICE: iTunes has dropped it's digital rights management software on most EMI songs, but if you purchase these songs, Apple imbeds your personal information (id/email address) in the track. This move has been cited as a way to discourage peer to peer file sharing.

6. GREEN DAY T-SHIRT FOR DARFUR: The punk rockers have designed a limited edition tee with all proceeds going to Amnesty International; available July 12 at Hard Rock Cafe.

7. DO YOU CARE?: Brian Warner a.k.a. Marilyn Manson has been spouting off this past month. Apparently he isn't too impressed about "rip off artists (para.)" My Chemical Romance. So far, Mr. Vincent Furnier a.k.a. Alice Cooper has not been asked his opinion on the matter... Paris sentenced to jail time. Paris in jail. Paris on The View. Paris on Larry King. Paris Free. Paris a changed woman. F#@K PARIS HILTON! BeeatcH! LOL!.. I never thought I'd be happy to hear about a Spice Girls reunion. At least now we can suffer 5 talentless hoes in the news rather than just one. A variety of trash per se... Lilly Allen, just this past month has been arrested on allegations of assault. And the four people in the world who actually care are too busy reading Paris' autobiography to have noticed... The poor old BBC has had to apologize for racist comments made by Iggy Pop. I mean, because any man who mutilates himself on stage is bound to be taken oh so seriously by the Pakistani intelligencia :D.. Weezer have NOT split. Repeat - not SPLIT. Front man, Rivers Cuomo's head on the other hand is getting so dangerously large it may just.. C'mon, the man's name is RIVERS! I think that is pretentious for "ego like mountain"... Motley Crue has sued it's manager??? Apparently, he was the one who advised them to put the two dots over the "o" and "u" in their name... Finally my dream has been realized. 1323 guitarists in Nashville got together to simultaneously jam the riff to 'Smoke on the Water'; breaking a world record. In a similar story, 420 school kids got together to all run their nails down a chalkboard in Kentucky. No record was broken but don't you think that the world spends entirely too much energy on useful endeavours these days?.. And on that note...

*Collected from a variety of online NEWS sources and summed up here for your enjoyment/enlightenment.*

Until next month,
Please contribute to better music. YOUR music.
